Many City of Houston employees are fearful to discuss some of the issues that exist in the workplace for fear of retribution, or worse, loss of their jobs.  Employees do not trust the administration, nor the systems in place that serve to combat these workplace issues. Therefore, City Advocates would like to introduce a forum to employees who have something to say, and who desire to expose the inefficiencies at the City, while remaining anonymous.
